My favorite Sugar-Free Snack!
I wanted to make a quick post about my new favorite sugar free snack.
This unsweetened coconut milk yogurt with mixed frozen berries, yummm! The yogurt has no added sugars with the nutritional label showing less than 1 gram of sugar total. The mixed frozen berries are just that; a mix of blueberries, raspberries and black berries frozen in a bag. When they thaw out they release some of their juices making them the perfect topping for my yogurt. My tase buds have already adjusted to my sugar-free diet so these berries taste supper sweet and yummy to me!
